Here goes in order from July to present:
Went to a Cubs game:
Jaden went out to Cali early to spend extra time with family and entered some skate competitions:
and won:
James & I joined him a couple of weeks later and we visited family & friends:

Had some amazing pictures taken while we were out there thanks to Shine by Jessica who is amazing:
Went to another Cubs game:
Relaxed a lot and enjoyed the crazy Illinois weather, it IS beautiful & strange:
Went to Gurnee Days and watched fireworks (umm no fireworks pictures, so not sure why I meantioned them, but I did):
Watched A LOT of good baseball:
Played miniature golf ... kind of:
Made fun of people at a Renaissance Faire:
Jaden turned 9 (James had a birthday as well and turned 14... no idea why I can't find pictures of it, awesome mom I am):
James just can't. do. normal.
Jaden skateboarded some more:
Mom came to visit and we did the tourist thing in Chicago, again:
Sears Tower:
Shane & I took advantage of mom being in town and we decided to do the tourist thing in Chicago as well for the weekend.

Halloween came & went:
Watched an awesome season of James' last year playing pop warner - next year ... high school ... eek.
Jaden did Phantom of the Opera at school:
We went to another Bulls game:
& had a plethora of good times just doing nothing:
And I think that pretty much sums it up!
I have been thinking about blogging a lot and everytime something comes up to complain about, I naturally think, I should write a blog about it. See ... my mind is still in the right place.
So ... I'll be back!

YEAH YOU'RE BACK!!! You've been missed. Looks like your doing good. You look happy. BTW- Those are GREAT pictures by Shine. Where is that person located- I would like to have some taken by her. and really, the renaissance fair? you are as bad as the rest of them for spelling it with ye olde letter "E" at the end of fair.
